Hi, I’m Stratton Childress, the owner and founder of Blue Ridge Lawns LLC. I started this company with one goal in mind — to bring dependable, high-quality lawn care and landscaping to the Forest, Bedford, and Lynchburg area.

Blue Ridge Lawns began the same way many small businesses do — with a single mower, a lot of hard work, and a vision to do things better. I grew up in Lynchburg and earned my degree in Economics from James Madison University, but my passion has always been building something of my own. When I launched Blue Ridge Lawns in the summer of 2025, I committed to running a company that values consistency, honesty, and pride in every yard we maintain.

From the first HOA we partnered with to the growing list of homes and communities we now serve, I’ve made it my mission to treat every property like my own. We focus on delivering clean stripes, reliable service, and real communication — no shortcuts, no missed calls, no “just another customer” approach.
